I started my car per usual, but heard a funny noise that I could not identify. I decided to get it looked at and low and behold to my knowledge, the technician let out a yell! I heard it from afar and asked what happened. Here he found a mouse and a his nest in my glove compartment!
I had no idea those varmints could make a new residence and not pay rent! I was fortunate not to go into my glove compartment for I could have been grabbing some thing other than my owner’s manual! Oh my the killer was it cost me over $100 to not only clean “his” new pad but to also fix the wiring he decided to use as his door mat.
Sad thing is it’s not even winter so I wonder what his attraction was to my car? I had no welcome signage or any invitations but maybe the dull silver car lured him into to choosing my car of all cars.
I wish I didn’t have such an attractive color to mice. So folks out there, check your glove compartments with a glove!
Did any rodents ever make a nest in your car? Worse yet did you ever have a snake under your hood?
